Note 2 - Restricted Assets	Note 2 - Restricted Assets Federal Reserve Board regulations require that the Bank maintain certain minimum reserve balances on hand or on deposit with the Federal Reserve Bank, based on a percentage of transaction account deposits. The amounts of the reserve requirement balances as of September 30, 2012 and 2011 were approximately $874,000 and $933,000, respectively.
