Shareholders' Equity	Shareholders’ Equity Capital Return Program Beginning August 2004, our Board of Directors authorized us to repurchase our stock. Through July 26, 2020, we have repurchased an aggregate of 260 million shares under our share repurchase program for a total cost of $7.08 billion. All shares delivered from these repurchases have been placed into treasury stock. As of July 26, 2020, we were authorized, subject to certain specifications, to repurchase additional shares of our common stock up to $7.24 billion through December 2022. During the second quarter and first half of fiscal year 2021, we paid $99 million and $197 million in cash dividends to our shareholders, respectively.
