Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Subsequent Events On November 8, 2012, we announced the initiation of a quarterly cash dividend program. The initial quarterly dividend of 7.5 cents per share is equivalent to 30 cents per share on an annual basis. The initial cash dividend will be payable on December 14, 2012 to all common stockholders of record at the close of business on November 23, 2012.
