D. Michael Steuert, one of our directors, will retire from our board and will not stand for re-election at our next annual meeting of stockholders to be held on April 29, 2015. On February 25, 2015, our board accepted Mr. Steuert’s resignation from the board to be effective immediately prior to the annual meeting.
