Investments	Investments and DispositionsThe Company's investment spending during the six months ended June 30, 2021 totaled $68.6 million, and included the acquisition of one eat and play property for approximately $26.7 million as well as spending on build-to-suit development and redevelopment projects. During the six months ended June 30, 2021, the Company completed the sale of two theatre properties and one outparcel for net proceeds totaling $28.6 million and recognized a combined gain on sale of $0.7 million.
