During the year ended December 31, 2019, the Company completed the sale of its public charter school portfolio. Due to this, the historical financial results of public charter school investments disposed of by the Company in 2019 are reflected in the Company's consolidated statements of income and comprehensive income as discontinued operations for all periods presented.
