⁽¹⁾ Receivable from non-tenants at June 30, 2015 included $13.1 million related to infrastructure costs at the Company's Adelaar casino and resort project located in Sullivan County, New York. These costs are expected to be reimbursed through proceeds from IDA bonds that are not expected to be issued or guaranteed by the Company.
