Discontinued Operations

Included in discontinued operations for the three months ended March 31, 2012 is a gain on sale or acquisition of real estate of $282 thousand that relates the to the settlement of escrow reserves established with the March 29, 2011 sale of Toronto Dundas Square, and the operations of and an impairment charge related to the Pope Valley winery which was held for sale as of March 31, 2012. Including in discontinued operations for the three months ended March 31, 2011 are the operations of the prior mentioned properties as well as the operations of the Gary Farrell winery sold on April 28, 2011 and the EOS Winery which was sold on September 20, 2011.
