Subsequent Events	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On August 1, 2017, the Company announced that it was planning a public offering of common stock and warrants in an underwritten public offering. There can be no assurances as to whether the offering will be completed, or as to the size or terms of the offering. Even if the offering is completed, the Company will need to raise additional funding.
