During the three months ended March 31, 2016, we granted options to purchase 14,000 shares of our common stock at a weighted-average exercise price of $1.07 per share under our 2006 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended (the “Plan”). Options to purchase an aggregate of 12,350 shares of our common stock were granted during the three months ended March 31, 2015.

As of March 31, 2016, there were 468,451 options exercisable and 1,093,823 options were vested or expected to vest with an aggregate intrinsic value of zero.
