RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE D - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS For the six months ended June 30, 2015, the Company incurred salary expenses from the Chief Executive Officer of the Company of $139,300. Of these amounts, $31,770 has been paid for the six months ended June 30, 2015. The total unpaid balance as of June 30, 2015 is $1,050,800 and is included in accrued expenses – related party. For the six months ended June 30, 2014, the Company incurred salary expenses from the Chief Executive Officer of the Company of $139,300. Of these amounts, $20,000 was paid for the six months ended June 30, 2014.
