RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE E - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS For the three March 31, 2014, the Company incurred salary expenses from the Chief Executive Officer of the Company of $76,250. Of these amounts, $6,600 has been paid for the three months ended March 31, 2014. The total unpaid balance as of March 31, 2014 is $752,757 and is included in accrued expenses – related party.
