(b) On January 7, 2008, Kenneth Goldman resigned from the board of directors of Juniper Networks, Inc. (the "Company"). Mr. Goldman's decision to resign was due to his appointment in 2007 as an executive officer of a competitor of the Company, and was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matters relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
