C.H. ROBINSON WORLDWIDE DECLARES QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND

MINNEAPOLIS, February 14, 2008 - C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. ("C.H. Robinson") (Nasdaq: CHRW) announced that its Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 22 cents ($0.22) per share, payable on April 1, 2008, to shareholders of record on March 7, 2008.

C.H. Robinson has distributed regular dividends for more than twenty-five years. As of February 14, 2008, there were approximately 170,029,000 shares outstanding.
