RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	16. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS For the quarters ended March 31, 2013 and 2012 the Company recorded advisory fees from Chimera and CreXus totaling $9.3 million and $16.4 million, respectively. At March 31, 2013 and December 31, 2012, the Company had amounts receivable from Chimera and CreXus of $9.2 million and $14.1 million, respectively.
