Subsequent Event	Subsequent Event Second Quarter Dividend Declaration On April 24, 2024, the board of directors of Piedmont declared a dividend for the second quarter of 2024 in the amount of $0.125 per common share outstanding to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 24, 2024. Such dividend will be paid on June 14, 2024.
