Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Fourth Quarter Dividend Declaration On October 30, 2019, the Board of Directors of Piedmont declared a dividend for the fourth quarter of 2019 in the amount of $0.21 per common share outstanding to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 29, 2019. Such dividend will be paid on January 3, 2020. Disposition Activity On October 28, 2019, Piedmont closed on the sale of the 500 West Monroe Street building with an unrelated third party for $412 million ($426 per square foot). The 500 West Monroe Street building, an approximately 967,000 square foot office building, is 100% leased.
