Other Subsequent Events	Other Subsequent Events Fourth Quarter Dividend Declaration On October 30, 2012, the board of directors of Piedmont declared dividends for the fourth quarter of 2012 in the amount of $0.20 per common share outstanding to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 30, 2012. Such dividends are to be paid on December 21, 2012.
