On January 14, 2022, CenterPoint Energy Resources Corp. (“CERC”) provided notice of redemption relating to $425,000,000 aggregate principal amount of CERC’s outstanding Floating Rate Senior Notes due 2023 (the “Notes”). The Notes to be redeemed have been called for redemption on January 31, 2022 at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Notes to be redeemed plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon, if any, to, but excluding, the redemption date.
