On November 2, 2020, Mercantile Bank of Michigan, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mercantile Bank Corporation, issued a press release announcing the opening of a new mortgage lending center in Cincinnati, Ohio. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
