Stock-based Compensation	STOCK-BASED COMPENSATION The Company accounts for its stock-based compensation in accordance with FASB ASC Topics 718 and 505. The Company recognizes in the income statement the grant-date fair value of stock options and other equity-based compensation issued to employees.
