Major Customers For the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company had three customers that accounted for approximately 28.8%, 12.2% and 9.4% of consolidated net sales. In 2010, the top three customers accounted for approximately 28.7%, 14.2% and 12.3%. At December 31, 2011, the outstanding accounts receivable balances due from these three customers were $2,390,000, $746,000 and $0, respectively. At December 31, 2010, the outstanding accounts receivable balances due from these three customers were $3,599,000, $389,000 and $224,000, respectively.
