On March 12, 2008, CTI Industries Corporation (the “Registrant”) received notice from Michael Avramovich of the resignation of Mr. Avramovich as a director of Registrant, to become effective on April 1, 2008. Mr. Avramovich has communicated to Registrant that his resignation is not because of any disagreement with Registrant relating to Registrant’s operations, policies or practices.
