The Company expects to report net sales of approximately $6,480,000 for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2005, as compared to net sales of $8,582,000 for the quarter ended December 31, 2004, and to report net sales of approximately $29,190,000 for the year ended December 31, 2005 compared to net sales of $37,193,000 for the year ended December 31, 2004. The Company expects to report net income for the quarter ended December 31, 2005 of approximately $52,000 compared to a net loss for the quarter ended December 31, 2004 of ($2,565,000), and to report a net loss for the full year ended December 31, 2005 of approximately $(333,000) compared to a net loss for the full year ended December 31, 2004 of ($2,479,374).
