Legal Matters and Contingencies [Text Block]	LEGAL AND REGULATORY MATTERS During the First Quarter 2012, neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries became a party to, nor did any of their property become the subject of, any material legal proceedings. The Company is also involved in various legal proceedings arising in the normal course of business. In the opinion of management, any ultimate liability arising out of these proceedings will not have a material effect on the Company's financial position, results of operations or cash flows.
