PROFIT SHARING AND EMPLOYEE SAVINGS PLAN	13. PROFIT SHARING AND EMPLOYEE SAVINGS PLAN: The Company maintains a profit sharing and employee savings plan under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. This plan allows eligible employees to defer allowable portions of their compensation on a pre-tax basis through contributions to the savings plan. The Company may contribute to the plan at the discretion of its Board of Directors. The Company does not match employee contributions. The Company did not make any contributions to the plan during the years ended December 31, 2023 and 2022.
