SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	9. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS: On April 12, 2022, the RMLC announced that it had reached an interim licensing agreement with BMI. The radio industry’s previous agreement with BMI covering calendar years 2017 to 2021 expired December 31, 2021 (the “2017 Licensing Terms”), but the interim arrangement will keep the 2017 Licensing Terms in place until a new arrangement is agreed upon. The Company is party to the interim arrangement and, therefore, will continue to operate under the 2017 Licensing Terms.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
