SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	9. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS: On October 8, 2019, the Company entered into an amendment to its letter of credit reimbursement and security agreement and extended the term to October 8, 2024. Letters of credit issued under the agreement are required to be collateralized with cash.
