The registrant’s voting stock is traded on the NASDAQ Stock Market. The aggregate market value of the voting stock held by non-affiliates of the registrant, computed by reference to the price ($9.69 per share) at which the stock was sold on June 30, 2009, was approximately $31,629,972.
