SUBSEQUENT EVENT As previously reported in a press release and on a Form 8-K dated November 13, 2012, Steve Williams, President and CEO of the Company was separated from his position as President and CEO effective November 13, 2012. Dr. Nelson Ludlow has been appointed to serve as President and CEO and director Michael D. Malone, Vice Admiral, US Navy, Retired, will serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors, each effective November 13, 2012.
