PART III - NARRATIVE

The Registrant is unable to complete its audit and preparation of its Form 10K in a timely manner because of unanticipated delays due to the COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus). The Registrant’s Chief Executive Officer and Sole Director is unable to travel to the Registrant’s United States Office, located in Florida, due to travel restrictions on all travel from Canada, where he is currently located, to the United States, which has led to an unforeseen and material delay in the ability to file the Form 10-K.
