15. SEGMENT AND CONCENTRATION INFORMATION

The Company has only one reportable segment. The information for revenue category by type, product line, geography and timing of revenue recognition, is summarized in Note “3. REVENUE.”

Property and equipment information is based on the physical location of the assets. The following table presents property and equipment information for geographic areas (in thousands):

As of August 31, 2022, the operating lease right-of-use assets of $652,000 and $88,000 are allocated in the United States and Asia, respectively.

There were no revenues through distributors for the three months ended August 31, 2022 and 2021.

Sales to the Company’s five largest customers accounted for approximately 98% and 95% of its net sales for the three months ended August 31, 2022 and 2021, respectively. Two customers accounted for approximately 67% and 69% of the Company’s net sales in the three months ended August 31, 2022. Two customers accounted for approximately 23% and 16% of the Company’s net sales in the three months ended August 31, 2021. No other customers represented more than 10% of the Company's net sales for either of the three months ended August 31, 2022 and 2021.
