RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	18. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS: Mario M. Rosati, one of the Company’s directors, was also a member of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Professional Corporation, which has served as the Company’s outside corporate counsel and has received compensation at normal commercial rates for these services during fiscal year ended May 21, 2020. Mario M. Rosati retired from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati on January 31, 2020. The amounts of transactions during fiscal years ended May 31, 2020 were $78,000. At May 31, 2020 the Company had a prepayment to Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati of $14,000.
