19. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	19. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Mario M. Rosati, one of the Company’s directors, was also a member of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Professional Corporation, which has served as the Company’s outside corporate counsel and has received compensation at normal commercial rates for these services. Mario M. Rosati retired from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati on January 31, 2020. The amounts of transactions during fiscal years ended May 31, 2020 were $78,000. At May 31, 2020 the Company had a prepayment to Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati of $14,000.
