16. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	16. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS: Mario M. Rosati, one of the Company’s directors, is also a member of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Professional Corporation, which has served as the Company’s outside corporate counsel and has received compensation at normal commercial rates for these services. The amounts of transactions during fiscal years ended May 31, 2019, 2018 and 2017 were $90,000, $64,000, and $440,000, respectively. At May 31, 2019 and 2018, the Company had $13,000 and $5,000, respectively, payable to Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
