14. SUBSEQUENT EVENT	14. SUBSEQUENT EVENT: On September 28, 2016, the Company sold 2,721,540 shares of its common stock in a private placement transaction with certain institutional and accredited investors. The purchase price per share of the common stock sold in the private placement was $2.15, resulting in gross proceeds to the Company of $5,851,000, before offering expenses. The net proceeds after offering expenses were $5,389,000.
