SUBSEQUENT EVENT	16. SUBSEQUENT EVENT On August 21, 2013 the Company entered into the Third Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement to extend the term of the agreement to August 22, 2014. Under the terms of the amendment to the line of credit, the lender will also have a security interest in the Company’s intellectual property.
