OTHER EVENTS. On April 4, 2013, the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications department ("NASDAQ") notified Aehr Test Systems (the "Company"), that the Company had regained compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement, as required by Listing Rule 5550(a)(2)(the "Minimum Bid Price Rule"). As previously disclosed, on December 26, 2012, the Company received a letter from NASDAQ indicating that the Company had failed to comply with the Minimum Bid Price Rule. As of April 3, 2013, the Company's Common Stock had closed with a bid price of $1.00 per share or greater for at least ten consecutive business days, which brings the Company back into compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Rule. Accordingly, NASDAQ has informed the Company that it has regained compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Rule. As previously announced, NASDAQ notified the Company on December 26, 2012 that the bid price of the Company's common stock had closed below the minimum $1.00 per share requirement over the previous 30 consecutive business days and, as a result, the Company was not in compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). The Company was provided 180 calendar days in which to gain compliance. In a letter dated April 4, 2013, NASDAQ informed Aehr Test that it had determined for the last 10 consecutive business days, from March 20, 2013 to April 3, 2013, the closing bid price of the Company's common stock has been $1.00 or greater. Accordingly the Company has regained compliance with NASDAQ Listing Rules 5550(a)(2) and this matter is now closed.
