Dividends	11. Dividends The Company has not declared any dividend in 2013. The Company has paid quarterly cash dividends of $0.06 per share during 2012 and 2011. In addition, the Board of Directors declared and paid a special cash dividend of $2.25 per share during 2012. Per share cash dividends paid in 2013, 2012 and 2011 were null, $2.55 and $0.24, respectively.
