Dividends	11. Dividends The Company has paid quarterly cash dividends of $0.06 per share during 2011, 2010 and 2009. In addition, the Board of Directors declared and paid a special cash dividend of $0.50 per share during 2010. Per share cash dividends paid in 2011, 2010 and 2009 were $0.24, $0.74 and $0.24, respectively.
