Related Party Transaction	Related Party TransactionThe Company’s Board of Directors Chairman, Gian Fulgoni, serves on the board of directors of Prophet, a brand and marketing consulting company, which PetMed Express, Inc. engaged with in March 2021 for $292 thousand. The Company expensed $32 thousand in fiscal 2021, with the remaining $260 thousand expensed in fiscal 2022. This transaction was approved by the Company’s Board of Directors with terms that are comparable to those with an unrelated third party.
