ING publishes 2019 Annual Report

ING publishes 2019 Annual Report

ING today published the 2019 ING Group Annual Report, an integrated report providing stakeholders with an overview of our strategic direction, performance and business and other developments in 2019.

Next to ING’s financial statements the report includes an explanation of our strategy and how we create value as well as the annual statements of our CEO and the chairman of the Supervisory Board. Chapters including those on innovation and transformation, people, and risk developments give in-depth views of a range of areas crucial to ING.

The remuneration section of the 2019 Annual Report reflects new disclosure requirements in this area. It also includes information on the remuneration policies for the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board that will be proposed to the annual general meeting in April 2020.

The Annual Report is available on a special annual report landing page on ING’s website ing.com that also includes links to the 2019 ING Bank Annual Report and other documents of the 2019 annual reporting suite. At request the Annual Report is also available in print, free of charge, at ING’s corporate  head office.
