On September 20, 2023, the Board of Directors of ONEOK, Inc. appointed Lyndon C. Taylor as ONEOK’s Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Counsel and Assistant Secretary, effective October 1, 2023. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
