Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective July 26, 2024, Neil J. Laird resigned as the chief financial officer of NovAccess Global Inc. to serve as the CFO of Ondas Holdings Inc. (ONDS). Mr. Laird joined NovAccess as fractional chief financial officer on September 10, 2021. Our board thanks Mr. Laird for his dedication and service to NovAccess and wishes him well in his role at Ondas.

Our chief executive officer, Dwain K. Irvin, PhD, MPH, will serve as the interim principal financial officer of NovAccess until our board has selected a new CFO.
