Related Party Transactions	NOTE 16: Related Party Transactions During fiscal 2013, 2012, and 2011, the law firm of which Lloyd Frank, a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, is of counsel rendered services to the Company in the amount of $2.5 million, $4.3 million, and $4.3 million, respectively. In addition, during fiscal 2013, 2012, and 2011 the Company paid $77,000, $72,500 and $48,000, respectively, to Michael Shaw, Ph.D., son of Jerry Shaw, Executive Officer, and brother of Steven Shaw, the Company’s former Chief Executive Officer and a Director, for services rendered to the Company.
