The annual report on Form 10-K of Volt Information Sciences, Inc. (the “Company”) for the fiscal year ended November 2, 2014 could not be filed within the prescribed time period because the Company encountered unanticipated technical difficulties with its filing software when attempting to electronically file the Form 10-K on the afternoon of January 16, 2015. The Company intends to file the Form 10-K as soon as practicable following the filing of this Form 12b-25.
