Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions During fiscal 2015, the law firm of which Lloyd Frank, a former member of the Company’s Board of Directors (until May 2015) is counsel, rendered services to the Company in the amount of $1.1 million. During fiscal 2015 the Company paid $0.1 million to both Michael Shaw, Ph.D., son of Jerry Shaw, former Executive Officer and current Executive Vice President Emeritus of the Company, and brother of Steven Shaw, the Company’s former Chief Executive Officer and Director, for services rendered to the Company. In addition, during fiscal 2015 the Company paid $0.1 million in connection with a settlement agreement dated March 30, 2015 with Glacier Peak Capital LLC and certain of its affiliates, an investment firm of which the President and Senior Portfolio Manager, John C. Rudolf, served on the Company's Board of Directors through February 23, 2017.
