(a) Primarily represents expenses attributable to idle drilling rig fees, which are not chargeable to joint operations.

(b) Primarily represents firm transportation payments on excess pipeline capacity commitments.

(c) Represents one-time restructuring costs in connection with the Company's plans to restructure its operations in Colorado, including closing its office in Denver, Colorado and eliminating its Trinidad-based pumping services operations. See Note B for additional information on the restructuring charges.

(d) Represents charges to reduce excess material and supplies inventories to their market values. See Note D for additional information on the fair value of materials and supplies inventory.
