Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events During November 2014, the Company announced that it is pursuing the divestment of its 50.1 percent share of EFS Midstream. The Company accounts for EFS Midstream under the equity method of accounting for investments in unconsolidated affiliates. The Company is in the early stages of marketing its equity investment in EFS Midstream and no assurance can be given that the sale will be completed in accordance with the Company's plans or on terms and at a price acceptable to the Company.
