Restricted Cash and Investments	4. *Restricted Cash and Investments* Restricted cash and investments represents a security deposit for the 530 Fifth Avenue corporate office space. The Company provided the lessor a bank-issued letter of credit, which is fully collateralized by a certificate of deposit issued by that bank. The restricted cash balance was approximately $216,000 at June 30, 2013 and December 31, 2012.
